These units are brand new, in original Frosty Factory packaging, never installed or used, and they carry the full Frosty Factory factory warranty — the same manufacturer coverage you would get buying through any other channel.
What that covers
- Full manufacturer warranty included. Coverage comes direct from Frosty Factory, not from a third-party service plan. Call us with the model number if you want the specific term in writing before you buy.
- Local service, not a call center. Lane has serviced Frosty Factory equipment across Texas for nearly 60 years. Our in-house, factory-trained technicians install, repair and maintain these machines out of Houston, San Antonio, Austin and the Rio Grande Valley.
- Warranty work handled in Texas. You are not shipping a machine back across the country or waiting on a third party to be assigned.
- Parts stocked through Lane, so a covered repair is not held up waiting on a part order.
