Return Policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
All sales are final.Lane Equipment Company sells commercial food service equipment built to order, configured to a customer's specifications, or pulled from limited inventory. For these reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at (713) 529-5761 and we will let you know if anything can still be adjusted before the equipment ships.
Damaged in Shipping
Inspect your equipment at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage to the crate, packaging, or equipment, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (713) 529-5761. Photos are required. Damage claims reported after 48 hours, or items signed for as “received in good condition,” cannot be filed against the carrier.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some equipment we sell may include a manufacturer warranty. When applicable, warranty coverage is set by the manufacturer and any warranty issues are handled directly through the manufacturer or their authorized service network. Warranty coverage is not the same as a return.
Taylor equipment sold by Lane Equipment Company does not include a manufacturer warranty. Lane Equipment Company is not an authorized Taylor dealer, distributor, or warranty service provider. Taylor equipment is sold as-is on an independent, out-of-warranty basis. Lane Equipment is able to service Taylor equipment after purchase on an out-of-warranty basis.
Special Orders, Used, and Clearance Items
Special order, custom-configured, used, and clearance equipment are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for any exception under this policy.
