Broaster Oil Caddy (Shortening Shuttle)
The Oil Caddy, also called the Shortening Shuttle, safely transports used oil from the fryer to disposal and fits under any Broaster pressure fryer and most open fryers. It lets you drain a fryer in a single trip, with a perforated baffle screen that prevents splashing during the drain. Built from thick-gauge 0.11 inch aluminum with double-walled seams, it rolls on two 8 inch wheels with dual hard plastic handles for safe, one-person handling.
For any kitchen running pressure or open fryers, the Oil Caddy removes one of the most common burn and slip hazards from oil changes. Lane Equipment stocks and sells it across Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and the Rio Grande Valley, alongside the fryers, filters, and service our factory-trained, in-house techs provide. Call 713-529-5761 to add one to your fryer order.
