Broaster Landing & Dump Table
The Landing & Dump Table gives your fried chicken line a sanitary staging surface, built on a welded 16-gauge stainless steel frame with 20-gauge grained stainless sides and tops. Its 4-tray-slot design accepts standard 12 by 20 inch pans, and four swivel casters, two of them locking, let you position it where the workflow needs it and lock it down during service.
