Front Desk Receptionist (Houston)

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Job Responsibilities

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Interaction: Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Clerical Support: Perform general office duties such as support our Sales Team, filing, data entry, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Communication: Relay messages promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members.
• Support Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks or special projects as needed by the team.   Qualifications - We’re looking for someone with:
• A warm and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus.
