Dispatcher / Customer Service (Houston)

 

Lane Equipment Co. is currently hiring a Billing / Dispatch Clerk for our Houston office.   Veterans are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving equipment.
• Dispatching and scheduling Service Technicians.
• Answering phones for service calls and entering into computer system.
• Billing and grading service invoices.
• Dealing with vendors to verify warranty status.

 

Requirements

Candidates must be computer literate, team player, detail oriented, has good customer service, organized. You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
